Buying New Subscriptions

  • Visit our Subscriber page at: https://edmonton.broadway.com/subscriptions/
  • To purchase, tap the Subscribe button and create or log in to your account at: https://am.ticketmaster.com/baaedm/
  • At the top of the page in the navigation bar, click ‘Buy Season Package’.
  • From there, select the dat and time you’d like to attend your Broadway shows. You will be guided through the buying process from there.

Renewing Subscriptions

Current subscribers will be automatically renewed into the next season and beyond RISK FREE. Your subscription remains secure year after year, using your most current payment method and ticket preferences. If you are not interested in the applicable season, not to worry, we offer a full money-back guarantee if you cancel your subscription within 30 days after our season announcement.

  • If you’re not interested in the upcoming season, cancellation is easy. Details on canceling your season tickets for the 2024/2025 Season will be included in your season announcement email.

Not Satisfied With Your Current Seats?

After the renewal period, all renewed subscribers will be invited to review available options to change seating locations or performance days and times.

Exchanging Tickets for an Individual Show

Subscribers can exchange tickets into another performance of the same show if you can’t make it. For most shows, you have up to 72 hours prior to your performance to complete your exchanges.

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Select ‘My Tickets’ from the top navigation bar

Step 3: Select the show you wish to exchange.

Step 4: Click the ‘exchange’ icon in the top right hand corner.

Step 5: Select a new performance day and time.

Step 5: Choose your seats from the interactive seating map.

If you exchange into a higher priced seating location or performance, you will be charged the difference at the time of the exchange. Additional restrictions may apply.

Step 1: Click on the Star in the Broadway Across Canada app.

Step 2: Ensure you have selected Edmonton as your location.

Step 3: Scroll down and click on Access My Tickets.

Step 4: Click on the show you wish to exchange tickets, scroll down, and click on More Ticket Actions.

Step 5: Select Exchange when prompted.

Step 6: Check off the seat(s) you want to exchange and tap Continue, the blue button in the bottom right corner.

Step 7: Select the performance you want and choose your new seats on the interactive seating map. Your new seats will be added to your cart. Tap Continue.

Step 8: Review the details of your exchange and, if all is correct. If you need to make any changes use the green Edit buttons. If all looks okay, tap Next to checkout and complete your exchange.

Buying Additional Tickets for an Individual Show

Subscribers can buy extra tickets for most performances ahead of the public on sale. To purchase additional tickets for an individual show:

Step 1: Log into your account.

Step 2: Select ‘Buy Tickets’ from the top navigation bar.

Step 3: Select your show.

Step 4: You will then be guided through the purchase process.

Please note subscriber additional tickets purchased by phone or online will incur an additional  $10.00 per ticket service fee + $4.50 per order processing fee. There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card.

Subscribers can buy extra tickets for most performances ahead of the public on sale. To purchase additional tickets for an individual show:

Step 1: Click on the Star in the Broadway Across Canada app.

Step 2: Ensure you have selected Edmonton as your location.

Step 3: Scroll down and click on Purchase Tickets

Step 4: From the list provided, select the show you wish to buy extra tickets for and click on Buy Tickets.

Step 5: This will take you to a page where you will be prompted to select the show date and your seats. Add these to your cart and tap Checkout when you are finished.

Changing Subscription Seats

Yes! Once your renewal is automatically processed for the season, you will have the exclusive opportunity to upgrade or move your seats and/or performance date, after seats are released to the general public. Our easy, self-service tool allows renewing subscribers to review and choose new seats using an interactive seat map. You will be notified via email when the upgrade period begins.

Subscribers will be notified via email when individual show ticket exchanges are available. To change your seats for an individual show, log into your account here.
