We’re continuing to develop ways for you to manage your account hassle-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This season, we have added new features just for Season Subscribers, including the ability to print your tickets at home, exchange tickets online and transfer tickets to friends and family electronically. To learn how to take advantage of these features, please follow the instructions below.

Print My Tickets At Home:

  1. CLICK HERE to log into your account.
  2. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.
  3. Click on the ticket(s) you want to print.
  4. Click PRINT at the top of the screen.
  5. Check the box next for each seat(s) you wish to print then click the ‘continue’ button on the bottom of the ‘Print Tickets’ selection pop-up.
  6. Click PRINT in the pop up window. NOTE: If you are reprinting tickets that were never received, misplaced or stolen, please check the LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS box.
  7. Your tickets are now opening. A PDF file will download or a new tab will open in your browser with your tickets.

NOTE: If you choose to print your SEASON TICKETS at home INSTEAD of receiving traditional ticket books, you will need to print out ALL season tickets individually at home.



Log in to Manage My Tickets

Transfer My Tickets:



  1. CLICK HERE to log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.
  2. On your dashboard or in ticket management, click the ticket you want to forward
  3. After selecting your ticket, hit Send
  4. Review the seat(s) you want to edit. If you have multiple seats, enter a checkmark for the seats you want to send.
  5. Review the seats and hit confirm
  6. Copy the event link and send it to whoever you want. Once they receive it, they will be prompted to create an account and accept the ticket. It’ll then be transferred. BEFORE It is claimed, it can be reclaimed by going back to this screen.
  7. Once a transfer has been initiated, you will receive an email that confirms that this has occurred.


Log in to Manage My Tickets

Exchange My Tickets:



If exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Monies will not be refunded when opting for a lower priced performance or seat location.

  1. CLICK HERE to log into your account.
  2. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.
  3. Click on the ticket(s) you want to exchange.
  4. Click the “…” and then exchange at the top of the screen.
  5. Check the box next to the SEAT LOCATION(S) you wish to exchange then click ‘EXCHANGE’ button in the top right hand corner under ‘Manage My Tickets’ section.
  6. Click CONTINUE TO EXCHANGE in the pop up window.
  7. Select the new date you wish to attend the show and then click CONTINUE.
  8. Using the seating chart, select your new seats.
  9. Click CHECKOUT.
  10. Review the details of your exchange, making sure to double check the new show’s date, time, and seat location, and number of seats. Once confirmed, click ‘EXCHANGE SEATS’ to proceed to payment checkout process.
  11. Enter your password in the pop up window to confirm that you agree to exchange your tickets. Click CONTINUE WITH EXCHANGE to proceed.
  12. Go through the checkout process to select your Delivery Method and your Payment Type to complete the exchange. Your original seats will not be released until you click PURCHASE TICKETS.
